After 25 years of pediatric clinical practice and leadership, I felt a need to focus on my professional skills outside of developing clinical expertise. Over time I noticed the usual skills that served me well as a nurse practitioner specialist, did not translate well in my leadership roles.  Working with Annette as a coach opened my eyes to the impacts of relational leadership within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Through weekly reflections and collaborative thought experiments, Annette helped me expand my professional skills in meaningful ways that align with my unique strengths and values. These new skills started paying off immediately with improved work relationships and leadership techniques. I feel more confident, competent, and excited about taking on new professional opportunities and challenges.
